Robot:

BA series is the professional robot for welding, easy operation with simple demonstration teaching operation. There is LED touch color screen with excellent visual effect and easy operation on demonstration teaching device. Robot is connected with welding machine by a cable. Welding condition can be classified saved and one key for selection.

Kawasaki BA series robot adopts E01 control box with compact outface, suitable operation system, rich function, easy maintenance and high scalability.

6.5’ color LED screen, touch screen 640×480 Pixel. Adopts back light to see LED menu clearly.

Operation system adopts WINDOWS CE. Interface display adopts drop-down menu to guarantee easy operation.

Descriptions of welding robots:

1) According to the request of the welded products, we design the robot using a six-axis frame equipped with Tig/Mig welders to complete the welding automatically.

2) The welding robot uses cylinder or clamp and utilizes the leverage principle to fix product. In this way, can meet the requirements for automatic welding and make sure robot can weld each part of the product.

3) According to the production efficiency requirement, we design two sets of fixtures. One is used for loading the work pieces, the other is used for welding. Improving welding quality and welding efficiency.
