5) Common cut & continue cut to reduce pre-pierce
6) Remnant nesting for irregular remnant or parts
FastPATH automatic pathing module:
1) Programming: automatic & manual pathing include marking, path
optimizer, multi-layer cutting
2) Support multiple CNC control, ESSI&EIA G/M code
3) Support Kerfs comp., pre-pierce, stitch& tag cutting
FastPLOT verification module:
1) NC Verification: automatic & manual simulation, dimension and
kerf compensation verification
2) Costing: utilization, cut length, pierce & cutting cost
3) Transfer NC files to CAM/DXF/DWG files
2. FastCAM Support: Windows98/2000/NT/XP/vista.
3. FastCAM Multi-languages: Chinese/ English/ German/
Spanish/Polish/Korea/Czech/Russian etc.
CNC controller system function:
1. Full Chinese/English menu system, one-key switch between Chinese
and English;
2. 45 common graphics libraries (including grid graphics), you can
choose to set the tile size and hole size;
3. Support EIA code (G code) and FastCAM, FreeCAM, Wentai, PM2000
and other nesting software;
4. Graphic scale, rotation, mirroring, matrix arrangement,
staggered arrangement, repeated arrangement;
5. Graphic steel plate correction;
6. Customizable coordinate system, supporting all eight
possibilities of two-dimensional coordinates;
7. Can customize the type of all input and output ports (normally
open or normally closed) and number;
8. It can automatically diagnose all IO status and button status of
the system, which is convenient for checking and troubleshooting.
9. You can import the export file individually or completely;
10. Parameter backup and online upgrade;
11. Supports 4 modes of oxygen gas, plasma, dusting and
demonstration;
12. All kinds of processing parameters are complete, which can meet
different process requirements;
13. Oxygen gas and plasma IO are separately controlled;
14. Plasma arc pressure feedback, positioning feedback, the angle
automatically turns off the arc voltage to increase the height to
prevent the gun;
15. Support edge cutting, offset cutting;
Machine condition requirement:
Voltage requirement: | (1) 3×380v±10%/50Hz,220v±10%/50Hz.
(2) Three-phase voltage stability less than ±5%.
(3) Three-phase voltage unbalance less than 2.5%.
(4) Suggested using voltage-stabilized source.
